THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITIION No.3741 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 07.02.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Abdullapurmet Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana).

According to the said instructions, on a private complaint filed by the petitioners herein before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, Hayathnagar, police have registered Cr.Nos.126 and of 2017, for the alleged offences under Sections 447, 427 and 506 IPC, on 13.02.2018. It is further stated that the Investigating Officer examined as many as six witnesses-L.Ws.1 to 6, including the petitioners/ complainants and recorded their detailed statements. It is stated that letters, dated 16.09.2017, 10.10.2017 and 09.12.2017 were also addressed to the concerned authorities requesting to furnish the necessary information for the purpose of investigation. It is further stated that replies from the Tahsildar as well as the Secretary, Bandaravirala Grama Panchayat, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District are awaited and that as soon as the replies from the above officials are received, further steps will be taken in the said cases. It is assured that

investigation will be completed within a period of two months and appropriate reports will be filed into the Courts concerned. The said instructions are placed on record. Having regard to the nature of controversy and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondentpolice officials to complete the investigation and to file final reports as expeditiously as possible.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
