Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that in spite of their complaint dated 09.02.2015 to 1) The Inspector General of Police, respondent No.2, 2) The Commissioner of Police, respondent No.3, and 3) The Deputy Commissioner of Police, respondent No.4, no action is initiated against the encroachers, who are stated to be interfering with their lands in survey Nos.69 and 70 of Telecom Nagar Extension, Gachibowli, Ranga Reddy District.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that the complaint of the petitioners was forwarded to the Station House Officer, Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, for enquiry and after preliminary enquiry a case in crime No.85 of 2015 was registered on 30.03.2015 and investigation is taken up.

4. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the investigating officer to complete the investigation expeditiously and take appropriate further steps, in accordance with law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
