HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15851 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action on the representations of the petitioner dated 15.04.2017 and 23.03.2017 against the illegal sand lifting in Peddavagu, which is situated in Kandur Village, Addakula Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the petitioner's representations dated 15.04.2017 and 23.03.2017 are pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the said representations and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
