Since the suit itself was dismissed with costs on 30.06.2016, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the revision petition is filed against the order dated 17.04.2014 passed in I.A.No.494 of 2013 in O.S.No.378 of 2010 by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada filed under Order VI Rule 17 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure. In view of the above, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
