Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

Petitioners seek implementation of Ryotwari patta granted in favour of husband of the 1st petitioner vide S.R.No.61/11(a)/82, C.G.R., in accordance with the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.486 of 2016, dated 29.06.2016. To that effect, the 1st petitioner filed representation dated 06.04.2016 and reminder dated 14.06.2017.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupati, to examine the claim of the 1st petitioner as ventilated in the representation dated 06.04.2016 and reminder dated 14.06.2017, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law within a period of six weeks from today. It is made clear that there is no expression of opinion on the merits of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
