HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 40200 of 2012 ORDER:

With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the second respondent in making correction to the entries made in the revenue records in respect of land in Sy.Nos. 203/A and 241 situated at Divitipalli Village, Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary; and consequently direct the respondents to correct the entries in the revenue records in respect of the above said land. The main grievance of the petitioner is that though she gave a representation on 31.10.2012 to the second respondent the same is not considered till date and hence seeks a direction. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 31.10.

2012, if any made by the petitioner for correction of entries in the revenue records in respect of land in Sy.Nos. 203/A and 241 situated at Divitipalli Village, Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
