No representation for petitioner.
The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in deducting Rs.1,010/ - per month from February, 2007 towards personal loan installment from his salary on the instructions of respondent No.4-Bank, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
This Court, on 15.02.2007, granted interim direction. The same is subsisting as on date. The respondents have not filed petition/ counter to vacate the interim order or opposing the writ prayer.
Hence, the interim order can be made final order in the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by making the interim order as final order in the writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
