Learned Public Prosecutor files a letter dated 19.2.2018 addressed to him by Sub Inspector of Police, Mancherial Police Station, Mancherial District wherein it is stated that C.C.No.1712 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mancherial ended in acquittal by Judgment, dated 29.3.2016 and submits that the matter has become infructuous.

The same is brought on record.

In view of the said letter dated 19.2.2018, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
