HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD W.P. No. 40969 of 2015 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to handover the file to a Senior Officer as the investigation was suspected in pursuance of F.I.R.No. 194 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the investigation has been conducted in a fair manner and charge sheet is also filed before XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and numbered as C.C.No. 910 of 2015.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
