The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Khila Warangal Mandal, Warangal District, is not taking action upon his application filed in the prescribed format for mutation and issuance of pattedar passbooks and title deeds in relation to his land admeasuring Ac.1-10 guntas in Sy.No.551/704, situated at Khila Warangal Shivar, Khila Warangal Mandal, Warangal District. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner made an application in Form VI-A as required under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. Having received the same, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Khila Warangal Mandal, Warangal District, to keep the same pending indefinitely.

In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Khila Warangal Mandal, Warangal District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application submitted in Form VI-A on 22.01.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
