Sri D. Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that he has given up his vakalath long ago, having duly endorsed his 'no objection' to the party engaging another counsel. It appears that no steps have been taken thereafter. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. The interim order granted by this court on 16.11.2004 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
