Sri Asad Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, as the cause does not survive for consideration, since a case has been registered pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, dated 26.02.2020. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
