The petitioner has filed an application under Rule 3(1) of A.P. Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agriculture Purpose) Act, 2006, seeking conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land. The application is stated to be pending from November, 2014. Alleging that no action is taken by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the petitioner's application is pending and the same will be examined by the 3rd respondent.
In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's aforesaid application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
