THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 7037 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition has been filed questioning two notices dated 18.09.2013 and 17.09.2013 issued by the income tax officials. In the body of the affidavit the jurisdiction and power of these officials has not been questioned. From the notices we do not find any adjudication of decision, which affects the petitioner's right in any manner at the moment. We do not know whether the petitioner has responded to the said notices or not by making suitable representation. Under these circumstances, we close the writ petition. In the event, the income tax officials pass any orders by this time pursuant to the aforesaid notice, such orders may be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. If no orders are passed then the petitioner should be heard and his representation, if any, shall be considered and thereafter pass a speaking order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
