When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) that, on the complaint given by the petitioner, police registered F.I.R.No.39/21018 on 05.02.2018 for the offences under Sections 417, 420, 506 r/w 34 IPC. A copy of the same is placed on record.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
