THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4456 OF 2016 ORDER:

The order under challenge in this writ petition is appealable. Instead of availing the statutory appellate remedy, the petitioner has chosen to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court. No grounds are made out for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the statutory appellate remedy in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
