HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.289 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.15792 of 2017, dated 27-04-2017. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court, the respondent has considered the case of the petitioner and passed orders vide memo dated 31-01-2019, as such there is no violation of orders passed by this Court.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said orders in accordance with law.
