Heard Dr.P.B.Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for the respondents. 2.
The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the Special Deputy Collector (LA) Steel Plant Land Acquisition, Collectorate, Visakhapatnam/third respondent herein pursuant to the reply letter Ref.TA/Land/45/94, dated 29.06.2012. 3.
The case of the petitioner herein is that though the Steel plant acquired the lands of the petitioner and others by way of proceedings Rc.No.1046/8680 (A), dated 12.04.1988, the Collector Visakhapatnam - reconveyed the said lands except an extent of Ac.1-00 and in this regard he made a representation to the Steel Plant and the steel plant vide reply letter Ref.TA/Land/45/94, dated 29.06.2012, forwarded the same to the third respondent.

Keeping in view, the totality of the circumstances and the nature of controversy and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, with a direction to the Special Deputy Collector (LA) Steel Plant Land Acquisition, Collectorate, Visakhapatnam/third respondent herein to take consequential action pursuant to the letter Ref.TA/Land/45/94, dated 29.06.2012 and complete the process strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Till the said process is finalised, there shall be status quo with regard to the subject property.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
