This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.11, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.76 of 2018 on the file of the Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of I.P.C. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.11, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Having argued the matter at length, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.11 sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition. It is not a fit case to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/ A.11. However, permission, as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
