The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Khamam Rural Mandal, Khammam District, is not taking action upon his application filed in the prescribed format for mutation and issuance of pattedar passbooks and title deeds in relation to his lands admeasuring Ac.0-18 gts, Ac.0.37 gts, Ac.1.12 Gts, Ac.0-22 gts, Ac.1-12 gts, Ac.0-04 gts, Ac.0.14 Gts, Ac.0.09 gts, Ac.0.09 Gts, Ac.0.08 Gts, Ac.0.08 Gts, Ac.0.08 gts, Ac.0.18 gts, Ac.0.13 gts and Ac.0.15 gts in Sy.Nos.15/E, 15/E, 73/RRU, 73/RU, 194/A/1, 194/A/2, 268/RU, 269/1U, 269/EE, 271/U, 271/LU, 271/LUU, 272/A, 273/UU, and 274/AA of Puttakota Village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District.

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner made an application in Form VI-A as required under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. Having received the same, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Khamam Rural Mandal, Khammam District, to keep the same pending indefinitely.

In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Khamam Rural Mandal, Khammam District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application submitted in Form VI-A on 04.04.2018 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
