THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL Criminal Petition No. 4417 of 2015 Order:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of Calendar Case No. 313 of 2009 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Manthani, Karimnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Calendar Case is of the year 2009 and on one pretext or the other the matter is being adjourned from time to time since 2009 and, hence, seeks early disposal of Calendar Case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Manthani, Karimnagar, is directed to dispose of C.C. No.313 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
