HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case Nos. 2590 and 2605 of 2016 Common Order:

These two Contempt Cases were filed alleging non-implementation of the orders in W.P.No.25285 of 2013 dated 30.08.2013. In view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.25285 of 2013 and batch, dated 15.12.2017, no further orders need be passed in these Contempt Cases and the same are, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in these Contempt Cases shall stand closed.
