When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 contended that copy of the panchanama was handed over to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies in accordance with law. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies in accordance with law. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
