It is represented that, when the matter is referred to the Lok Adalat, the Lok Adalat after hearing both parties settled the dispute to the satisfaction of both sides.

Hence, the award of the Lok Adalat is made the rule in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above order.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending shall also stand closed. No costs.
