Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the order passed by the Telangana State Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad, in S.R.No.521 of 2020, dated 04.02.2020, the petitioner will file a fresh complaint before the concerned Station House Officer, Having regard to the said submission made, if such a complaint is made to the concerned Station House Officer, disclosing a cognizable offence, the authorities shall take the same into account and register a case, if necessary.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
