Heard Mr.K.Srinivas for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondent.

The Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedienc e of order dated 06.12.2017 in W.P.No.41168 of 2017. I have perused the material papers on record. I do not see any disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed with liberty to file fresh Contempt Case with necessary allegations and proof in support of such allegations.
