Today when the matter is taken up, a letter bearing RC.No.A4/143/2015, dated 13/7/2015 addressed by the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Proddatur to the learned Government Pleader for Excise, High Court of Judicature for the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is placed on record. It shows that the Station House Officer, Yerraguntla has chosen suitable premises located at a distance of 120 metres to the petitioner's A4 shop and the arrangements have been made to shift the Government outlet to the new premises to night.

2. In view of the above facts and by recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
