HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1903 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. A perusal of 161 Cr.P.C statement would give an insinuation that the A2 and A3 abetted the second marriage of A1, as all the accused along with the second wife posed in a photo. In view of the prima facie accusation found in the prosecution documents, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of learned counsel for petitioner that petitioners/A2 & A3 are aged persons, their presence in C.C.No. 565 of 2014 on the file of Additional Munsif Magistrate at Chirala, Prakasham District, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires their attendance. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
