THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26240 of 2007 ORDER:

The petitioner in this case is an elected President of Adavikolanu Large Scale Co-operative Society, Adavikolanu, Nidamarru Mandal, West Godavari District. The elections were conducted on 27.10.2005 to the said Society. The term of the office is five years i.e., from 27.10.2005 to 27.10.2010. The petitioner submits that the impugned order was passed on 26.11.2007. According to the petitioner, the petitioner ceased to be a member of the Managing Committee of Adavikolanu Large Scale Co-operative Society.

This Court granted interim orders on 10.12.2007 suspending the impugned order dated 26.11.2007. In pursuance of the said orders, the petitioner was continued as such and his term was also completed. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
