Heard Sri D.V.Sitharam Murthy, learned Senior Counsel and Sri Y.Ravi Prasad, learned standing counsel representing the second respondent.
2. The writ petition is filed complaining inaction of second respondent in
considering and disposing of renewal application dated 01/12/2014 under Regulation 18 of IRDA [Insurance Brokers] Regulations 2013 as illegal and unconstitutional.
3. This Court is relieved of considering the inaction complained against the second respondent in view of the stand of second respondent. The learned counsel on instructions submits that the application of petitioner dated 01/12/2014 for renewal is being favourably considered and renewal orders would be passed. It is expected that without stifling the business of the petitioner the order or decision of the second respondent is communicated forthwith to the petitioner.
4. The writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
3. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
