I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed by the petitioner herein/ respondent No.1 seeking to record the compromise in terms of the compromise memo dated 20.11.2019 entered in between him and the respondent No.1 herein/ appellant and to dispose of the CMA No.615 of 2013 in terms of the said compromise.

The petitioner herein is the respondent No.1 in the appeal and the respondent No.1 herein is the appellant in the appeal. Hereinafter, the parties are referred to as they were arrayed in the appeal. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record. 4.
The appellant-N.Nagaraju and respondent No.1-Siddula Sriramuloo, are present before this Court and produced copy of their Aadhaar Cards to prove their identity and they are also identified by their respective counsel on record.

Both parties have filed compromise memo dated 20.11.2019 stating that the subject matter of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is compromised outside the Court amicably and they have voluntarily entered into compromise and ultimately prayed this Court to allow I.A.No.1 of 2019 and dispose of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in terms of the compromise entered in between them.

Today, the respondent No.1-Siddula Sriramuloo, handed over the cheque bearing No.863150 dated 20.11.2019 drawn on State Bank
of India, Yellareddy Branch, for an amount of Rs.4,00,000/ - to the appellant-N.Nagaraju, before this Court.

Under these circumstances, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed and consequently, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise memo dated 20.11.2019 entered in between the appellant and the respondent No.1. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Memorandum of Compromise, dated 20.11.2019, to the decree. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
