I.A.No.1 OF 2023 This application is filed praying this Court to grant relaxation to Condition No.ii imposed in the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.1798 of 2021, dated 08.02.2023, from the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 shall appear before the investigation officer on 4th Saturday of every month between 10.00 AM and 2.00 PM, from July 2021 onwards, till completion of investigation or filing of the charge sheet whichever is earlier.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, from the year 2021 onwards, they are complying with the said conditions and till today, no charge sheet is filed and they will appear before the investigating officer as and when their presence is required.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State submitted that the petitioners are cooperating with the investigation.

In the said circumstances, the condition No.ii

imposed against the petitioners, is hereby relaxed and the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 are directed to appear before the investigating officer whenever their presence is required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
