O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus to declare the detained candidates list i.e., SVEC/Detained/I B.Tech/2014-15, dt:02.05.2015 issued by the 3rd Respondent detaining the petitioner on the ground that he does not have 65% attendance as illegal, contrary to law and violation of principals of Natural justice and consequently set aside the same in so far as the petitioner herein is concerned and consequently direct the Respondents to permit the petitioner to write the Examinations of 1st Year B.Tech (ECE) 2014-15 and to pass such other order or orders as .this Hon'ble Curt may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.".

2. When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 07.07.2015 for redressal of his grievance to the respondents and the learned counsel requested to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the said representation filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 07.07.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
