Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, before ordering notice to the unofficial respondent No.5, and perused the Writ Petition affidavit and other material on record. Without going into the several contentions raised by the petitioner in the Writ Petition affidavit with supporting material, the Writ Petition can be disposed of as the only issue as per the prayer is that the respondents, without following the due process of law, have been trying to demolish the age old compound wall of the petitioner's house property bearing No.12-1-325/H covered by T.S.No.75, Ward No.24, Block No.H as per TSLR, situated at Asif Nagar, Hyderabad.

It is the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC that they have verified the compound wall, which is in existence since long back; that they are enquiring into the matter as to whether the construction is duly as per the sanctioned plan or not and that if at all there is any deviation, they will pass an

Having regard to the above and recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents not to demolish the compound wall in question without following the due process of law.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, IA.No.1 of 2018, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
