Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, suspending/declaring the action of the 1st respondent in initiating the proceedings under the provisions of SARFAESI Act in respect of schedule of property including the proceedings in Crl. M.P. No.899/2015 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, R.R.Dist., in pursuance of the Possession Notice dt.27.01.2015 issued by the 1st respondent bank, as illegal, null and void and violation of the provisions of the SARFAESI Act and consequently directing the Hon'ble Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, to pass orders on merits in SA No. 163 of 2016."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.28.4.2015 shall stand vacated, and W.V.M.P. No.2886 of 2016 and W.P.M.P.
