ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is against the third respondent,

in particular, that the petitioner is being called to the police station and is made to sit throughout the day, though no case or complaint is registered against her and that the police is interfering and pressuring her to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and one M. Sudhakar and M. Suresh. The said two persons, who are named in the affidavit, are not made parties to the writ petition.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, received instructions, from the third respondent, which state that, as on today, no complaint or case is registered against the petitioner and that she had never approached the police station nor gave any complaint but she stated that she has made a representation to the Commissioner, Cyberabad through post, but no such complaint was received by them.

It is also stated that the petitioner was never summoned nor called to the police station and was never asked to vacate the said land or pressurized otherwise to settle the civil dispute between the petitioner and the said persons.

3. Since, as on today, no case or complaint is registered, there cannot be any interference by the third respondent with the civil rights of the petitioner and since the instructions noted above on behalf of the third respondent also confirm the same, the said instructions are recorded. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
