Heard. With the consent of both counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her date of birth was wrongly entered in the service record and seeks correction of the same.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner was fair in submitting that no request was made by the petitioner as required by the respondent-employer for alteration of date of birth, through online portal and seeks leave of this Court to submit the representation.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to make an application for correction of date of birth as required, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
