ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing notice No.761/2/21/ACP/C5/GHMC/2015-1, dated 23.11.2015, under Sections-452(1) and 461(1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act'), to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.
After arguing the case, Mr. D.Ramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to submit his explanation to the impugned notice.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
