Sri K. Ananda Rao, Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, since the petitioner was subsequently appointed as a founder family member by the order of the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments, Guntur in O.A. No.118 of 2008 dated 17.04.2010, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court.
