No representation for petitioner. The petitioner complains against inaction of respondents 1 and 2 in investigating complaint dated 12.09.2012 made against 3rd respondent and completing the investigation as illegal and arbitrary.

The 2nd respondent filed counter affidavit.

The stand of 2nd respondent is that there is no cognizable offence and further the contents by themselves are civil disputes. Therefore, the 1st and the 2nd respondents cannot investigate these disputes and proceed further in the matter.

I have perused the counter affidavit of the 2nd respondent. I am satisfied that the inaction complained against respondents 1 and 2 is unsustainable. The writ petition fails and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
