HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.26593 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the memo No.11729/K3/2001 dated 29.11.2001 issued by the 2nd respondent as ultra vires, unconstitutional and the selection list of the Anganwadi workers of Sirpur T-Mandal, ICDS Project, Adilabad District, which was issued by the respondents is null and void consequently direct the respondents to hold the afresh selections for Anganwadi Workers in Sirpur-T Mandal, ICDS Project, Adilabad District.

When the matter was called on 17.09.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal.

Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
