O R D E R

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not uploading the revenue details of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.1-89 cents in Sy.No.134/2 of Paradesipalem Village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal & District, by duly considering the representations of the petitioner dated 14.11.2016, 28.11.2016 and 26.12.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.46193 of 2016 dated 24.01.2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
