HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.31764 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, for the following relief: " To declare the action of the 2nd Respondent in not removing the tipper lorry bearing No.AP13 U 8064 with its one side front and rear wheels removed and parked on a public place at the side of main road blocking the way on the street to the Rock View Inn and a new name Hotel Cyber Nest at .190/ 7/ 22/ 8&9, Cyber Enclave, Behind Cyber Towers, Madhapur, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary." When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that as prayed by the petitioner, the vehicle in question was removed from the place where it was parked. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
