HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3111 of 2014 ORDER:
In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Cr.No.77 of 2014 of Chandanagar PS, Cyberabad, which was registered against him for the offence under Section 354(b), 506 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 02.02.2018 of SHO, Chandanagar PS and submitted that the case was ended in compromise on 18.12.2017 vide C.C.No.1033 of 2014 in Lok Adalat and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.77 of 2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.
3) There is no representation for petitioner.
4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
