THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.16029 of 2004 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
