CVNR,J & GSP,J F.C.A.No.64 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per CVNR,J) This appeal is filed against common order and decree, dated 15.12.2017, in respect of O.P.No.324 of 2011, whereby the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, has granted the decree of divorce dissolving the marriage of the respondent with the appellant. 2.

On 15.02.2018, as the learned counsel for the appellant was not present, the case was adjourned to 15.03.2018. On the said adjourned date also, the learned counsel was not present. Therefore, the case has been directed to be posted to today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant is not present. From the continuous absence of the learned counsel for the appellant it is reasonable to presume that neither he nor his client is interested in pursuing the cause in this appeal.

Hence, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
