THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.12185 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as fair price shop dealer of Shop No.9 of Malakavaripalli Village, O.D. Cheruvu Mandal, Anantapur District. While so, basing on the report dated 11.09.2014 of the third respondent-Tahsildar, O.D.

Cheruvu Mandal, the second respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Kadiri issued a show cause notice on 11.10.2014 framing seven charges against the petitioner. The petitioner submitted her explanation on 20.10.2014. Thereafter, her authorization was suspended on 21.10.2014. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed Writ Petition No.32468 of 2014 and this Court by an order dated 29.10.2014 suspended the order passed by the second respondent on 21.10.2014.

Now, another show cause notice was issued along with order of suspension on 08.04.2015 framing eight charges against the petitioner. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. This Court has carefully gone through the allegations mentioned in the suspension-cum-show cause notice dated 08.04.2015 and in view of the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at this stage. In the circumstances, the second respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Kadiri is directed to complete the enquiry pending against the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate final orders thereon, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
