When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the cases of the petitioners were considered and the petitioners were restored to their original position as Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors vide proceedings dated 26.09.2019.

In view of the above submission, these Contempt Cases are closed. It is needless to say that if the petitioners are still aggrieved by the said order dated 26.09.2019, they are at liberty to challenge the same in an appropriate proceedings.
