JUDGMENT:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant is not present and there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the sole appellant died and no steps have been taken to bring her legal representatives on record. In view of the above submission, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Second Appeal, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
