This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 to 5 in interfering and trying to evict the petitioner from the land in Survey No.366/1-3 admeasuring Ac.1.32 guntas situated at Naganool Village, Nagarkurnool Mandal and District, Telangana State, without following due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 02.03.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, while denying the writ averments that respondents 3 to 5 are interfering and trying to evict the petitioner from the land in question, would submit that based on a complaint of one Billakanti Neelamber Rao, a case is registered in Crime No.30 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Nagarkurnool Police Station, on 02.02.2020, wherein the complainant alleged that one Baini Madgula Anjaneyulu and others removed boundary stones in Survey No.363/1-3 and the said Anjaneyulu along with Rathlavath Kavitha and others planted cement stones around the plots and sought action to be taken for trespass.

By the said written instructions, it is stated that another case in Crime No.47 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC, is also registered against the wife of the petitioner, on 29.02.2020.

in the above said cases and visiting the scene of offence for the purpose of investigation, the authorities never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the respondent authorities, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
